As marketing director for Oso Sweet onions, I have had
the pleasure of working with Cheffy Baby for the past
three seasons.
Working with Cheffy has been very positive. He is very
easy to work with, is quite adaptable and most importantly,
gets the job done. With him, it’s almost a turnkey operation.
I discuss with him the markets around the country where
I want TV coverage; he books the show; then delivers
the goods on set. Coordination couldn’t be easier.
With a food product like our sweet onions, people need
to see and be shown how easy it is to incorporate them
into their menus. They need to be educated and Cheffy
was very good at this. He comes across as sharing insiders
secrets, which viewers love.
Budget wise, I only had to pay for successful bookings
and appearances, so it was easy to measure results against
outlay. With Cheffy, you get what you pay for and often
more.
He’s been a wonderful addition to our marketing efforts
and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. The return-on-investment
for using him in a public relations campaign can far
exceed a similar advertising expenditure.
And, by the way, during the three years we’ve worked
together, Oso Sweet won two Marketing Excellence awards
from Produce Business magazine. I believe that he has
been an integral part of our success.
